美国itc正式对涉华电子设备、半导体设备及其组件启动337调查
11月8日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）投票决定对特定电子设备、半导体设备及其组件启动337调查（调查编码：337-ta-1340）。美国acer america corporation of san jose, ca、中国台湾地区acer inc. of new taipei city, taiwan、美国advanced micro devices inc. of santa clara, ca、德国infineon technologies ag of neubiberg, germany、美国infineon technologies america corp. of milpitas, ca、美国micron technology inc. of boise, id、美国motorola mobility llc of chicago, il、美国nvidia corporation of santa clara, ca、荷兰nxp b.v. of eindhoven, netherlands、荷兰nxp semiconductors n.v. of eindhoven, netherlands、美国nxp usa inc. of austin, tx、美国smc networks inc. d/b/a/ ignitenet of irvine, ca、美国western digital technologies inc. of san jose, ca为列名被告。美国itc将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国itc在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
