APL在太平洋东行航线征收超重附加费

2017年10月21日，apl实施超重附加费（hwt）所有的集装箱总重量（包括自重）超过26000公斤，所有关税和服务合同率在下列范围。
产地：亚洲（日本除外）、澳大利亚、东非、新西兰、中东、西南亚
目的地：加拿大、美国（除波多黎各和美属维尔京群岛）
卸货港：迈阿密（佛罗里达州）、杰克逊维尔（佛罗里达州）、休斯敦（德克萨斯）、莫比尔（阿拉巴马州）、新奥尔良（路易斯安那）
